The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Southern Region is comprised of sixteen BOMA associations throughout the southern region of the United States. BOMA Southern Region has its own Board of Directors, bylaws, and budget. We meet in person every year at our annual conference as well as at other BOMA International conferences. BOMA Southern Region promotes leadership training, education, and networking.
A highlight of our annual conference is the BOMA Southern Region TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards Gala, where top innovators in the CRE Industry will be given awards across several categories for their incredible achievements.
